Occasionally there may be items that goes out of stock due to a high demand or we may not have received it from the manufacturer yet. In this case please feel free to contact us toll free at (888) 203-2392 or simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item #, size, and the color your need and we will check the availability of the product for you.

Shirts and sweatshirts is located in California. According to state and federal tax rules, we are required to charge sales tax on any item shipped to a California address.
Sales tax is only applied to orders that are shipped to California residents. There will be no sales tax on shipping.
What if I have a reseller permit. Do I still pay sales Tax? Back to Top
No, if you are a reseller and have a reseller permit contact us by email and we will provide you with a seller permit form to fill out. Once we verify your seller permit, we will go ahead and remove the sales tax from your order.

Why my credit card shows declined even though I have funds available? Back to Top
First please check carefully and make sure that you are entering all of your address information correctly. We will ship your item to the address that you list as your shipping address but the billing address that you enter must match the address that is on your credit card statement.
Another possible reason is that you may not have entered the CVV2 code correctly. The CVV2 code is on the back of the card and is the very last 3 digits on the signature line. This code is found only on your card and verifies that you are in possession of the credit card whose number you are using. Please carefully verify that you are entering the CVV2 code correctly. It can get rubbed off on older cards and become difficult to read. If it is entered incorrectly your order will be declined.
Another possible reason is that you have reached your daily spending limit. Almost every credit card has a daily spending limit which is usually a few hundred dollars. If you have reached this daily spending limit your bank will refuse the charge even though the funds are there. To resolve, just use another credit card, contact your bank to have the limit lifted or wait and try your order again tomorrow.

How much do you charge for shipping to U.S. & Alaska ? Back to Top
Shirts and Sweatshirts UPS ground & USPS shipping rate for items up to $79 to U.S. residents is only $7.99. Any order over $79 is free of shipping charges. Free Shipping DOES NOT include on custom screen printing or embroidery orders unless we have special on these services.
Any order to Alaska is subject to a minimum of $30 shipping regardless of the price. On the event the shipping is more than $30, we will notify you before shipment.

If your order is placed before 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, we normally ship the order the same or next business day. Your merchandise will be shipped from one of our 7 warehouses throughout U.S. for faster delivery. You normally receive your order within 1-5 business days. Please note it might take a little longer to ship during Christmas or Holiday seasons.

Currently we only ship to continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

We do not ship to any address if it says PO Box, but we do ship to addresses that has the street name and address like any actual address, even though it goes to a PO box address.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the one listed on my credit card statement? Back to Top
Yes, you can. When you enter your address information at our checkout there are two sections- shipping address and billing address. Please enter the address that you'd like your item shipped to in the shipping address section and enter the address that is on your credit card in the billing address section. We will then mail your order to the address listed as the shipping address.
How do I check my order Status? Back to Top
When your order is placed and your payment was received, you will receive an order confirmation page. This page includes a confirmation number and confirms that your order has been received at by Shirts and Sweatshirts. Once we ship the merchandise and get the tracking # then we will send an email letting you know when your order is shipped to the email address that you provided when you placed your order with your tracking number. If you do not see this email, please be sure to also check your bulk/spam email folder for it. If you do not see the email your email provider may have accidentally blocked our email, please use the below guidelines to determine when your order will arrive. All items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will delay shipping 1-2 business days.

We do not offer backorders. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you either by email or by phone to notify you.

Please inspect your merchandise when received. All items must be unused in original packaging and tags when returned. No returns on decorated or washed garments accepted under any circumstances. No returns, exchange, or credit after 30 days of purchase. No credit on shipping charges. There is a 5% restocking fee on all returned orders over $150.

1) Please Do Not Return Any Item(s)Without E-Mailing Us First at email@example.com within 30 days of placing your order. In your e-mail, please tell us the reason for your return. We appreciate your honest reason in order to improve our services in the future.
2) After your e-mail was received, we will assign you with a (RA #).
3) Please return the merchandise within 7 business days of receiving the RA# as late return of merchandise(s) may affect credit on your account.
4) Once we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse it takes approximately 7-14 business days to process your return.

For your convenience, we will email you a discounted return shipping label which will only cost you $6.00. This amount will be deducted from your credit total. Please make sure to return your merchandise(s) within 3 days of receiving the label. Once we receive the returned item(s), a credit will post to your credit card within 5-7 business days. In the event we are unable to provide you with a return label, we will notify you to provide you with a RA# to send your items back at your own expense.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us within 72 hours. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement of the merchandise.

You may cancel your order only in the event that the item you have ordered is out of stock or it is not available in your size or color. Once you order is confirmed, the return policy is in effect.
